Do you vote in political elections?
As an American citizen born and raised on the international border next to Canada, I believe that it’s my civic duty to vote which is an honor and privilege.
My Mom took it one step further by working at designated voting locations in northern Michigan. She felt that it very important to be a visible older woman working the elections.
Truthfully, I have missed voting in smaller elections but have learned my lesson. The smaller normally means bigger impact locally and results quickly.
