My Guiding Light

What gives you direction in life?

My guiding light is my relationship with Christ who I, unfortunately, walked away from for roughly seven years of the time of working for a “Christian” business but didn’t act like it. Truthfully, I maybe didn’t either.

Although, I’m “retired” at age 64, I didn’t plan this until I would be closer to 70 but God has plans for me. Decided to hold off on moving due to lack of motivation and recent change of locations from northern Michigan to central Connecticut.

My trust is Him is also needing to make extra money to survive with my social security which I’m selling from my online closet and delivering restaurant meals to customers. My retirement fund isn’t much so not ready to use it yet. Staying active is more important with getting enough rest.

Through prayer, reading the Bible, attending worship service plus trusting my senses are my tools that provide my guiding light through Him.
