What Olympic sports do you enjoy watching the most?
Truthfully, I’m more of a Winter Olympics fan than the summer games having spent most of my life buried in snow and ice.
During my freshman year of high school in northern Michigan while on ski team, I had the blessing of training with the first Michigander to make it to the winter games for downhill racing. Hockey has plenty of skaters who are from Michigan but not skiing. Although, the most recent event, another downhill racer made it to the Olympics and medaled in Gold. Kaila Kuhn. Cary Adgate was her predecessor.
Figure skating is a close second with Peggy Fleming and Dorothy Hamill both getting good at the Olympics.
