What is your favorite type of weather?

The one thing that I miss most about living up north from living in north Texas is the snow.

Before moving to Texas and before losing my job of 21 years, west Michigan experienced, “snowmageddon,” of continuous accumulative snow fall with low winds for over 24 hours.

Oddly enough, my current employer gave me days off without reason so I knew that they planned on getting rid of me at the same time. They stayed open putting everyone at risk when other financial institutions were closed. They even contacted me and told me that I better not be laughing which I was.

The actual temperature was around thirty degrees and cloudy. Quiet and peaceful. Going outside was of silence. Gray skies and clouds that kept the weather warm.

Snowmageddon was an historical event in 2011 in Michigan that closed down major roads and cities. Miss the weather.
