After losing my permanent full time job 19 days ago because of business slowdown, I has an interview to supplement my unemployment benefits that is encouraged while I job hunt.
Truthfully, I was in tears beforehand while still grieving my former job primarily the money from it and not the culture and environment.
My interview was,”Front of House,” for Chick-fil-A part time which I was nervous so I arrived early. Grateful, I did research on company history that led me to believe that I ate at the restaurant that started it all. Plus, I shared that my role would not limit to duties to just the front of the building.
My Wednesday win is that I was told to expect a call for a second interview in 10 days roughly. Grateful and thankful.
