Having an online closet to buy & sell items in a network like Poshmark and Mercari which both have procedures legally tested to protect all parties involved of the closet owner, the buyer and the network.
Myself, a customer purchased a few items from me and, after delivery plus the three day waiting period, I didn’t hear from her. Early this morning, I received a crazy message from the buyer about wanting to go around the system about a top. She correctly stated that I didn’t tell her the material of the top and then criticized me to ask her to go to troubleshoot with the network. Not much that they can do since she acted too late.
So, I’m stuck with a bad review. It’s part of the risk of the site plus I warned some close friends so they are at least know who she is.
Life is a learning experience.
