Think back on your most memorable road trip.

The Texas Hill Country
Years ago when I first moved to Texas, my goal was to see as much of it as I can in a somewhat reasonable amount of time. After proper research of maps, I planned my trip.
Early one Saturday morning, I set off by entering the northern gate way to the Hill Country through Granbury. The terrain immediately changed from flat prairie land to huge boulders with steep inclines. After a few hours of feel like I was driving on Mars, I arrived to the German town of Fredericksburg that offers plenty of fun local businesses and pubs. Afterwards, I made my way to Luckenbach Texas to listen to some country music and to drink some beer. At that point, I could have jumped on the freeway to head back home but decided that savoring one of the most geographical unique terrain in the country was worth seeing again.
Texas has the prairie land of the metroplex, the swamp land of the east, the canyon land near Amarillo, the desert of the west and the Hill Country near the center of the State. Each of it is worth exploring.
“The Daytripper” found on PBS and on YouTube to experience complete episodes with food recommendations. The series focus on different regions and cities throughout Texas.
