Something’s Off

Things feel weird at work today plus after our big phone system change, we’re slower than a year ago yet prior to the Holidays, we were busy.

Most of last year, some higher ups and owner plus relation thought that they could pass one over me to have legitimate reason to fire me. The goal was to have me think that the finance guy was interested in me which I felt it odd plus he looks like my ex husband, drives a Bronco like him plus wears flannel like him. The plot backfired for the above reasons which most of them got mad at me for learning the truth. The Christmas party showed their anger which was weird.

At work, I come in early, process my work and rarely socialize at all. If there’s a problem, I communicate promptly.

First, I thought a manager got fired then checked his status on email. Now, a coworker is not here either but no word about her.

Lack of communication and structure costs us money and integrity within the organization when we’re only told what we need to know without any HR manual.
