Supervisor of Women

Describe a man who has positively impacted your life.

The man most recently who has positively impacted my life is my current direct supervisor who recognizes my value and my work ethic that is different than my coworkers.

My supervisor is superior to five women plus is married with four daughters so I give him credit for his patience and his bravery with all of the females in his life. Truthfully, he doesn’t take for granted the male interaction in his life.

With the recent change that removes me directing customers to the right agent on the phone to direct dial that gives the customers control of whom they want to talk to, my supervisor sees clearly of who is productive and who isn’t.

Recently, I noticed an unexpected raise in pay by comparison to previous checks. My employer starts initial pay higher than most but doesn’t give raises since most positions are incentive based. This wouldn’t happened without my direct superior input.

As my plans continue to move back up north, I will continue to work diligently and efficiently for my respect for my supervisor.
