My coworker who sits on one side of me announced to her boyfriend who sits on the other side of me and one chair down that she forgot to take her birth control pill today. I about fell off my chair after the announcement.
In my experience, one doesn’t announce it although everyone might know it.
Discretion is always important especially in the workplace environment.
