First of all, I get enough sleep plus put my clothes out the night before plus make my lunch. Secondly, I leave early enough on my commute to avoid being late and any speeding tendencies. Thirdly, I structure my day to get the most out of my time spent on daily tasks that allows me to breathe once in awhile. Fourthly, I sit out in my car for lunch to separate myself from my work environment. Fifthly, I rarely socialize keeping my work life and personal life separate. On horrible days, I keep quiet and pray for relief then go home, give kisses to my felines, take a hot shower and go to bed. Up north, I used to walk, ride my bike, do aerobics and drive to the lake for self care. Self care is what fits you when you need it the most.
